This application facilitates the completion of various forms on the EFB. Data are collected for offload and input into ground-based systems. A set of forms (Bird strike, GPWS, Servicing Log, Delay Log, Fuel Log, etc..) is provided with the form library. Additionally, custom forms can be designed to meet specific requirements.
